"This headset is very uncomfortable and doesn't fit well in your ear.

After six months, the wire became frayed where it attaches to the ear piece, and people would tell me it made a clicking sound during calls.

Don't waste your money!"

"This hands-free device is horrible! Not only is it painful to insert into the ear canal, it doesn't even have a clip on the cord with which to clip it to my lapel. Thus, it is impossible to keep the earpiece in my ear!

To make matters worse, I have yet to find on Samsung's website another, different, earpiece that I could use instead of this one!

Then, too, the entire phone bundle was rather cheap. I guess I got what I paid for..."

Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, cheap and useless
