"Current Range died preparing Easter dinner. Shopping for a new range was frustrating because most ranges looked and felt cheap! The salesperson then directed us to the Samsung. It not only had more features for the money it had the feel of a well made product. Time will tell but as of now I would say it gives you more bang for the buck! Thanks samsung"

pre heat temperature accuracy is unsatisfactory

"Basically we love the range appearance and features. But the "pre-heat" is way off. For example, when we set the bake temp to 400 degrees, the pre-heat alarm goes off when the actual measured temp is 300 - 350 degrees."
