This is a really good app for doing some yoga at home. I only have a few problems with it. When you are in a pose, it tells you how long to hold it. However, If you are upside down with your head between your legs, you can't see the tv to know how much time you have left. It would be nice if there was some kind of noise to let you know when another timer has started. It would probably be best if it was a setting you could change as well.
The other problem is that the descriptions for poses are sometimes very odd.. It once said something like "Sit on your knees then bring your knees in the air" when you are supposed to just be sitting on your bottom. The pictures make it easier to figure out though.
Other than that, I really like the calming music. I like that there are different skill levels too. I am pregnant, so I have only done the "elementary" level so I can't say much about the other two higher levels, but I like the level I am at. The variety of poses is pretty decent as well, but I think it may be the same exact poses every time. I have only used the app a few times so it may have been coincidence. I would recommend trying it.
