"ok i will be short; first very god design very slik and the 25 degree angle is very clever,2-nd at the dayligt vids are very very good im impresed but in the night or low loght not so good (better cmos senzor needed).i advise ever1 how bye this camcorder too use at least 16g SDHC card coz the video in HD eating memory.3-rd the touchscreen are cuite good but i wanna calibrating myself and i can't find that in the menu options.So 4 that price y can't gad any better than this(ok maybe to++a or pr++++a even ca++o can match but sumsung is samsung) and i like it :D"

"My first impressions of this camera were "Wow, so much better than the last camera" and it is. The level of manual control, the excellent touch to focus feature, the quality of the video and audio are all excellent. This camera, like all at this price range suffers from relatively poor low light performance, but daytime indoors it's quite happy. I found the autofocus to be sharp and snappy, the colours are bright and strong and the operating system is very intuitive. I also loved the fact that my networked media player plays the files straight out of the camera, no transcoding, no mucking around.
The problems come with the Oh-So-Basic Intelli studio software. It's a brilliant idea to put it in the camera itself so it can be loaded on to any pc the camera is connected to but the software itself is quite nasty. It is not intuitive and will require a trip to the help file. I still cannot seem to do something as basic as take 3 video clips and join them together then output them whilst not re-encoding the entire thing to a lower quality bitrate.
Whilst I appreciate that it is now easy to put videos straight on to YouTube with this software, I really want to maintain the quality I got with the original file format, and I really don't want to wait for hours for files to transcode.
Other bad points for me are the lack of a hand grip combined with the rear zoom controls. I find that without the reassurance of the handgrip, the rear zoom is hard to reach comfortably. Whilst we have the LCD side zoom controls these are on the slow zoom setting rather than the rear facing fast setting. Not really a problem, just a minor annoyance.
All said, I love this camera, and I would not let the shonky software put you off. You can deal with it and it only loses a little quality. The camera itself has already performed above and beyond expectations and the hardware here is sound."

"It's a neat little camera to have around. I wish you could record in a more compatible format (MP4 can be difficult to import for anything other than straight-to-internet video). It's video abilities in the dark are really limiting, but for daytime shooting, it does great. Overall, I would recommend it if you want something to just carry around with you to capture clips of daily life."

"It has many features and settings to make you video the perfect quality. I like how it has 3 1080 resolution settings (1080p, 1080i (SF), and (N)). Also, the 480p setting is 16:9 (Wide). The 25 degree angled lens is really helpful and confortable. It was worth the money."

"This camera is just awesome. I got this last week and played with it all weekend and the quality on my big screen TV is superb. I was shopping for camcorder that was very portable and easy to carry. I am glad I made the right choice. This is portable compact and at the same time takes great pictures and video. I also like the built in software which made it very easy to convert your videos into mobile format."
