"Full HD is tight the picture is awesome. I love it. I want another one. I had a 17in monitor compared to this its like the best you could have."
"The LED LCD appears to have excellent response to movies or games with no observable image ghosting. Upgrading from a 20" CRT to this LCD did require a bit of adjusting since I don't need to sit as close in order to see some of the finer details. In fact without a bit of distance trying to view the full expanse of the monitor requires quite a bit of pan and scan. Color looks good and appears to faithfully reproduce the expected color of digital photos that I use as a reference. The monitor starts with brightness set to its highest value and needs to be dialed down a bit. Contrast is proportionally high and required similar adjustment. Button placement is not entirely intuitive and was personally complicated by the Samsung LCD TV that I have which uses a touch surface for the TV controls. The user guide doesn't indicate that the buttons are under the panel beneath their printed labels. A couple of minor usability issues which were all remedied with a bit of observation."
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: button style not consistent with other products

"Let me be frank, generally I hate LCD monitors. The blacks and viewing angles are never as good as crt monitors. Also, I hate widescreen on computers. It's fine for tvs when you want to play games and watch movies, but stinks when you want to read online and can only get a sliver of a page on the screen at a time. Besides, I hate having to turn my head left to right. On this monitor, all of that is still true.
But, I bought this monitor and I love it for two reasons. Number one, it's LED and saves a little energy. Yeah. Ok, the real reason I love this monitor is that you can physically rotate the monitor 90 degrees. So instead of a 1920x1080 resolution display, I have a 1080x1920 tall display. Forget Widescreen, HIGHscreen is where it's at. I can fit whole webpages on this monitor at one time. You have to unplug the monitor to switch from landscape to portrait, which I don't like, but I leave it in portrait mode all the time anyway.
This is how computing was meant to be done. I have wanted to do this for a long time, and now I can. Even if you don't want to rotate it, the stand can raise the monitor up nice and high, meaning you won't need a separate monitor stand to raise it up to eye level.
In widescreen mode it works fine for games like Unreal Tournament 2003. I was even able to get it to work it portrait mode, which was really funny, but completely playable, although most games don't support a tall resolution of 1080x1920.
However, 95% of the time I use this monitor on Crunchbang Linux with Nvidia drivers.
I will never buy another monitor again that doesn't have the option to rotate the display like this. The only downside is that I can't seem to rotate the display menu. But, set it once and you shouldn't have to do it again."
