"I bought this laptop only a week ago but so far I am really impressed. It was super fast out of the box, then I upgraded the ram to 8gb, not it is faster than I am. The design is perfect except for the lid. High gloss, finger print city... The wood grain on the lid wood look much better if it was a matte finish. Overall I would buy another one and highly reccomend this cheaperif you want something fast and cheaper than the others. Way to go Samsung!!"

"I could not believe how sexy this laptop looked, and that was before I even opened up the lid and turned it on! Once I maxed out the memory and threw in a big hdd, this machine now hums, how a machine that looks this good should. Only gripe I have is that I wished this had better graphics capabilities, but not too major."

"I was in dire need of new laptop since my former one began acting like more of a stage prop than an anything useful. Since I 'm not really knowledgeable about any computer lingo or how or what to even ask, I figured actually going into stores to browse would be better than online. After a short 2 day search, I came across what I thought was a classic black laptop but was pleasantly surprised as I got closer that the shell was actually a deep chocolate. I immediately touched the keyboard to see if the programming was going to be overwhelming just based on first site. Everything looked great from the vivid colors on the monitor which made things easier to read as well as a having the wide screen I was looking for without weighing a ton. . I've been using Samsung products (cell phones, car and home chargers) for about 10 years. I ididn't know prior to seeing a Samsung laptop in a store that they even existed. I'm glad that they do and that Samsung used the same method of providing easy instructions of both their phones and their computers."

"really liked the price and the hardware features it came along with. Performance wise it gave me one of the best experiences I had using a laptop. It wasn't light as a feather but light enough to carry around the only complain I have for this is the keyboard felt a bit cheap but at the price I got I'm fully content."

"My laptop was a gift I recieved from a family member for me to use away at college. The speakers aren't that loud when I try to enjoy my music, it freezes quite a bit, and a lot of the features that come with it (such as the webcam) aren't high quality at all. If it wouldn't hurt the feelings of the family member that gave it to me, I'll tell them to take it back to the store they bought it from!"
