"I am impressed by the design of this laptop as compared to the last laptop I owned. I like the fact that the laptop runs very cool,generating little heat. I like the fact that the hard drive is easy to access from the bottom of the laptop as compared to some laptops which have to be disassembled."

"Works like a dream. Fast boot up time. I like the 3 USB ports. The web cam works great. DVD burner, HD playback. I think this is the best value for the money when you look at the 4 gigs of memory the nice size of the 320 gig hard drive and the fast CPU. Just can't go wrong with this product for the money spent. Samsung is building some great quality products and I have taken notice."

"this laptop has been great. the only down sides i see is i keep hitting the mouse pad when im typing and it jumps to another part to type and theres not much ram but thats easy to upgrade. for the cost to worth of the product its a A+. very happy with my purchase."

"The laptop is great, it works excellent but just recently we i wanted to connect it to my Samsung Smart TV using HDMI.
I realized that the Laptop is written HDMI and the port has a rubber, after a long try for remover the rubber. I noticed i was only a hole. So why would you put a "blank" port for HDMI on the laptop?"

"We bought this for my daughter for Christmas and were less than pleased with the computer. We figured however it was good enough for what she needed it for and had purchased it at a great price. Well after owning it for three days she set it down on the table and the screen cracked. Now the computer is 3 days old and completely useless!! Made very cheaply."
