"This laptop is awesome and does everything I need and want it to do for school. It loads pretty fast with windows 8 installed and was relatively cheap, but a very good product! I wish the lid wasn't textured but I don't mind. Its also very durable. I have dropped it a couple of times and everything seems fine. Its great!"

"Great lap-top for the price. It does everything i need it to do plus more. I have had this laptop for about 2 months now with now issues what so ever. It's fast, durable, reliable, and windows 8 is a blast. The screen is nice and bright and the speakers are loud and great emit a great quality sound. I couldn't of been more happy with this purchase."

"First off, I love this computer. For the money and what I use it for, it's great. The only issue I've had is with Windows 8. After trying to get used to it for a week, I finally had to have my son take it off and put Windows 7 on. Now that it's done, I love the machine even more!"

"The best feature of this product is the price but it emphasizes the adage "You get what you pay for". Perhaps the only thing worse than the product itself is the lack of online support for this notebook with Windows 8. Touchpad is entirely too sensitive for my touch and I haven't found any sort of adjustment. The wifi connectivity when I first hooked it up was a crapshoot. The notebook would go from full signal to no signal without warning and I was sitting 8 feet from the router. After the first week, the problem seemed to solve itself. The Samsung SW update totally messed up the computer when I first tried to use it and I had to do a complete recovery. The SW update is still a big gamble and very, very slow. There have been many other frustrations since I purchased this product and for some reason I suspect I'll find many more."

Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

Nice, but dvd player and windows 8 didnt work

"This is the 2nd laptop I have bought lately by Samsung because I really want to like them... They look cool, but BOTH of the laptops I bought had technical issues. The 1st one had a faulty DVD burner and the second one kept freezing up with just the software that came with it AND the DVD burner reported alot of errors. Too bad...... they seem like such cool laptops, but in the end, they have to preform well and these two just did not."
