"Overall, I really like my new laptop, but it's only been 4 months and I've already had to request a service repair. The battery is showing has "not detected" and now I have to send the whole thing out for repair, and if they can't fix it, they'll replace it with a "refurbished" factory model. If my laptop doesn't work, why would I want someone else' laptop that they returned?"

Cons: broke quickly
