"Decent speed and gaming graphics especially for the money. I would recommend this to any one for a decent mid range laptop. Very happy."

Pros: Inexpensive, gaming

Cons: batt life for 2nd gen apu

"This is my first laptop and I bought it as a backup for my desktop. This unit comes loaded with more higher end features, and at a lower cost, than other brands I checked out. The set up was quick, easy and simple. It boots up fast. Battery life is excellent. Manageable size. The response time of this dual-core is as good as the quad-core on my laptop. Overall, I am very pleased fit, finish and quality."

Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color

Cons: slightly heavy

trouble from the beginning

"microphone with cam did not work, curser keeps skipping around, will be typing and the next thing I know curser is typing in the middle of another sentence, did a clean up as suggested on pc which uninstalled many programs that came pre-installed, (curser just did it again, jumped up 3 lines), so that wasn't good, finally did a factory reset which added programs that I had never seen, thought things were straightened out but when I transferred from old pc to this one, it took over 5 hours. To top it off, as that wasn't enough, tried to upgrade to pro and media but said I was in country that did not offer it, called Microsoft, the very patient man checked my pc and even though it was set to update (and said there were no updates) he found that it had 32 updates needed to be installed which took over an hour, so I was on phone with windows tech for over 2 hours with NOTHING resolved, needless to say I am NOT happy and will be returning within the next 2 days, and it is very very slow for dual core, tech support was shocked that it was dual core. will not recommend this pc and am very upset that I have wasted litteraly a day and a half for nothing but a headache. maybe I just got a lemon but that's not helping me now. don't mean to seem so grouchy but am a VERY dissatisfied customer, would be nice to get a phone call to try to resove this before I have to return it before 30 days are up, was bought dec 30"

"Having heard really good things about Samsung smartphones and tablets, and actually experiencing the greatness that was the Samsung Galaxy S II, I was quick to jump on a brand new, Windows 8 notebook for such a good deal. However, after using this notebook for about 2 weeks, I must say that Samsung and more importantly Windows have dropped the ball. Hard. This notebook's disc drive kicks on for no reason every 5-10 minutes when not asleep. The wireless card seems less than great. I can not get more than a minimum signal 50 ft away from my 300 mbps, 5.0 gHz wireless N router. Windows 8 is absolutely disgusting. The new and improved start menu is a joke. The tiles are far less convenient than a conventional start menu. I do not recommend this OS to anybody, regardless of their tech-savvy-ness, nor do I recommend this notebook. Overall, I give it a 2 out of 5."
