"I love my new refrigerator. It has everything I want in a refrigerator in a very attractive package. My only problem is that 2 months into ownership the bottom icemaker has quit. I'll let you know how service takes care of it."

"We have had this fridge for around 6 months. I like the quick-freeze and quick-cool options, which allow you to put warm things in the freezer and fridge without having to worry about altering the temperature of the other contents. The child-lock is nice. It also has shelves which can lift up and allow e.g. wine bottles to stand upright. The down-sides are that the amount of real storage space seems to be small, perhaps due to the presence of two ice makers (needed because they are very slow to make ice). There seems to be very little usable space in the left door shelves. Also, the deli drawer has a hole in the back, where things seem to fall out. We are having a problem now with the water dispenser leaking quite a bit. I am very happy that we did not go with the stainless and chose the pseudo-stainless instead; it doesn't scratch as much!!"
Pros: Realistic color

"hi! We have had a side-by-side for about 8 years until now. We had been at various appliance locations, and Samsung was recommended. This looks amazing, and we are pleased. It is way more efficient then a traditional sbs. We have two older children, but they still love it being accessible, and things not falling out on top of their friends heads. :) The only complaint we have is that the fridge component goes to 32*. We like it more like 30*. But the freezer is huge, and so is the fridge. Since my last count we had 10 open shelves, in fridge alone. Thanks Samsung!"
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: fridge is not **very** cool.
