"I have had this phone for 3 years now.its a great phone..It should be destroyed by now over all the abuse ts been in..but it still works like a charm..wished i could get a new one"
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, it can take a beating and still works

"During 9/2009, I ordered this phone via the internet from a service provider. The first phone had technical problems. It took months for the service provider to finally exchange the phone for another new MyShot II.
The new phone has been ok. I like the flip design and features. I do wish the camera was at least 2.0 mp, instead of 1.3 mp. Overall, I have been satisfied with the MyShot II.
However, the speaker sounds do get garbled when tones are received beyond its capacity. When the battery needs charging, sometimes your voice echoes back at you."

"I purchased a Samsung My Shot II from a local mid range carrier, brand new in June of 2010, because it looked like it had all the features i needed without the super high price tag. Within 6 months it contracted a virus that caused it to unexpectedly shut down and restart at random times. Also was very temperamental with different local home carriers (Loss of signal, difficulty hearing on another, caller id not register on other end-which could be the carriers fault, granted). My carrier attempted to reprogram the phone to clear up the problems and in the process i lost all my contacts,. saved messages, bought ringtones and ring back tones as well as paid apps and games, This was due to the inability to transfer anything but the images to my 8 GB micro SD. Therefore i was set up with a replacement phone (exact same model, color and all) with my images saved on the memory card. I hadn't had that phone for a couple of days and it beagn to do odd things like the the speaker in the earpiece became a loudspeaker so bad i had to hold the phone at least 3 inches away from my head to avoid damage to my eardrum. I have been attempting for months to download music on the phone so that i could use the built in mp3 player but everything i try fails. yes, that very well could be user error but it doesn't help with dissatisfaction, disappointment and frustration i have suffered due to this phone. The worst part is that i very much like Samsung electronics and am having doubts as to whether i will suffer the same fate by buying another one of your products in the future."
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, no support
