"the delve has all the looks of a smartphone but barely any of the abilities. no downloads very few apps (except from alltel). good internet and phone performance. if you want a toy its perfect if you need a smart phone look for something else."

"Good for email, texting, and phone. Bad for internet, games and other apps. Has a cool little sketching app, kinda cool. Has basic cell phone features like alarm clock etc.. What it lacks is:

-Needs better browser
-Needs to have an easier unlock method while on phone calls
-Needs more accessories especially accessories to holster the phone and MOST IMPORTANTLY a plastic cell that will limit ground contact with the screen when phone is accidentally dropped because lets face it; down the line you're going to drop the phone.

Here's a tip to future buyers of this phone - its not an iphone no where near the cool features as an Iphone has but at the same token its a great phone for people who want to have email on their phone that is easily set up and communicate through you can reply,forward and compose emails from this phone so you have that ability which is good. Texting is better than average I would say its easy to send a picture text message to a friend or even an email address which makes offloading pictures to your email address easy - just go put your emails in your contact book and send a picture message to it.

Phone comes with an mp3 player, and camera - cool features, pretty good camera.

I stress to future buyers, try to find a case for the phone that you can use the touch screen without having to take the phone out of the case because you're going to want a permanent encasement for this phone - if you drop it even with alltel insurance thats $50 dollars out of your pocket to replace the phone. If you scratch the screen you lose functionality underneath the scratch. Hope this helps!"

"I believe this is a great phone, but it need more features on it. Like it doesn't have the moblie banking feature, I would like. The alltel shop page could be upgraded to a better design. Sometimes the touch is a little slow, it have to catch up to me when I'm texting. I wish I could change the screen background light to black cause the white hurts my eyes. Just a little minor upgrades, but overall its an ok phone."

"this phone has been returned once for screen touch problems. It also got dirty in between the screen and protective phone casing. It is always shutting off and restarting. There are no drivers for it and the accessories break on a regular basis. I do not recommend this phone to anyone. However, Samsung is a very good company and I have had three phones by them."

"This is no iphone. I have all the free features when they offered them during Christmas. Not one of them is worth it. The navigation never connects; the TV never has any options unless you want to pay for the pay for view. The radio skips. The widgets are dumb; you can't add any, only use what is in it. The worst is the Internet, slowwww. You have to use the Alltel’s browser, it won't add any others. You can't sink it to a computer, there’s no software. I started out giving an average review rating, but as I'm writing this, I just lowered it the lowest possible settings. Buy something else. Youve been warned!"
