"My parents bought me this phone 2-years ago for my 19th birthday. I wanted to get the Huawei M750, but my parents didn't approve of the phone and bought me the Samsung Caliber. I received the Caliber few days after my birthday (it was SOLD out everywhere in my city!). I was honestly impressed and in love with the phone the moment I took it out of the box. I still have it now and I don't plan on getting a new phone any time soon. This is honestly the greatest phone!"

"I've used this phone for about 3 months now and it's been great. The features especially the GPS, mail@metro and mobile IM is great. I use this phone to post on Facebook, Twitter, tumblr and more sites. The problem about more apps is not an issue for me. I found a mobile website that gives you a list of all the mobile sites you can use. It's called "cantoni.mobi". There is a lot of sites there so need for apps is minimal. There are helpful videos on YouTube by YourItouchnews that reviews and how-to's of this phone."

"i love this phone. i was going to get the samsung sch-r810, the other touch phone for metropcs, but i went with this. it's great the apps are cool but i wish there were more. the screnn is bright and glare free. vidoes on it are just great, the only thing about the videos are that they have to be mp4. i wish they also did .avi. well, i guess i can't have everything. all in all it's a great phone clear calling good speed on the web and a great phone. only thing is i want more apps.also, the phone don't feel all cheap feeling if you know what i mean. it feels like an expensive phone, well built. if your not sure about the phone? i'll help you, GET IT, you'll love it."

"I loved this phone, but had to replace it in order to access 4G service with my provider. The speakers are great both for conversations and music, the interface easy to understand and use, and signal consistent. The battery life was very good, especially compared to the Samsung Galaxy Indulge which I now have. It's a solid and hardy little phone, I just with it was compatible with faster (4G) service."

"I was expecting the phone to give me more problems as they told me at the carrier that I bought it from and i've needed two replacements because of the charger port and it wouldnt start up. The phone does give "attitude" as I like to say."

"Got this one as an entry-level smartphone, upgraded and gave it to my Mom. For my purposes, it was adequate but the lack of third party apps made it weak. For Mom, perfect. Good versatile phone all around as long as you can live with what you've got. The Send button eventually failed but that's because Mom's heavy handed and impatient. She's from a different age where more force equals better and I couldn't break her of the habit."

"I've had this phone for a week and it has been very easy to use. Lots of great features. I like using qwerty. The one thing missing while using the qwerty is that you have to keep flipping the phone back and forth between landscape and portrait while you enter your text. Qwerty keyboard is landscape. Would make sense that you can do email, texting etc. in landscape rather than portrait."

"This has everything and then some. I don't use 1/4 off all the apps it has. I love touchscreen and html browsing, not as fast as a desktop though. I have yet to hear the music because you actually have to have a microSD card inserted to even launch that app! (which I have ordered)
Maybe I'm asking for too much, or maybe it's the Metro PCS plan that doesn't allow me to actually send pictures to my blogs or Facebook. I can get to Twitter, Facebook and my blogs, but I cannot send a picture upload to any of them straight from my phone:o(...that I am not impressed with. Overall It is a really awesome phone for keeping up with e-mails and just about everything else:o)"

"This is a o.k Phone but unfortunately there are no real apps for it. And the apps they do have are not useful at all. For what I paid for this I could have bought a BlackBerry. The only thing I actually like is that it has a camera and video recording. Not to mention its a touch screen. Other then that wish I could give this phone back and get my money reimbursed."

"I bought this phone because I saw it on every billboard and in every store of my cellphone company. I bought this phone thinking it would be amazing but less than 6 months later I can barely use it. The first couple of months the phone looked great. Amazing picture quality, fast, light weight, etc then as the months started to role by it got worse everyday. When going on the internet it would give me error messages or just shut down completely, it looks like it has water damage when in fact i kept care of this thing like it was a baby, the battery dies within hours (3-4) of use, my call button is the only button working on the front, there are absolutely NO APPS, the screen looks atrocious (dim pictures, blurry,etc). In all PLEASE do not buy this phone. For the price of this phone I could have bought myself an amazing Android phone. This phone is so bad and has so many complainants that the company has taken off its website. Don't be fooled by the looks, quality is what you want and this phone does not have it."

"This phone seemed like a great idea to me when I first purchased it. The touch reaction time is slow, and there is a feature in the text messaging for 'quick text' is located directly below the space button and there is no way to move it. I find myself pressing it and inadvertently putting in silly pre-stated sayings in the middle of texts. The internet feature is slow. The apps for it, are silly and not practical.

Wish I never bought this phone. Now I'm stuck with it."

"My phone works good but I bought this to enjoy the smartphone features. This phone definitely has neat concepts but I have problems with sending pictures. The phone crashes, restarts, when I try to send a picture message. In addition, when I try adjusting the settings on the Camera, the same problem occurs. The phone lacks spell check and has weak recommendation using t-9. The Calendar is extremely weak, similar to a basic Cell Phone. Rescheduling events is limited to daily, weekly, Monthly, or annually. The phone lacks a decent note or memo feature. It offers limited text entry on notes. This is not a good product for a professional. Very frustrated with my purchase. Currently experiencing crashing or restarting with the Camera and when attempting to send a picture message."

"I've had it since September, and in 4 months, I already took it twice back to the store, because it turned it off itself without notice. They gave me a new one, of course same model. And guess what, nothing works but the calling and messaging, I bought it thinking on the many things that the woman in the store told me that I would be able to do with it. It's been almost 5 months, and not even the internet comes up, only google page, but it takes minutes to open the open the page, and the gps sometimes works and some other it says: Can't recognize your account... so it won't work at all."

"I had this phone less than 1 month and it broke 2 times. They replaced it with a different model after the 2nd break down. I liked this phone better than the other smart phone model they gave me but could not risk another break down and losing all my settings and contacts again, plus the frustration. It took 1 week for the replacements each time so I had to purchase a back up phone also. It is a shame because I really loved this phone. It was just sitting on my table both times and when I tried to unlock it, it would not turn on again, it kept trying to restart over and over but would not."

"I purchase a new phone and had to have it replace because of low reception, replacement keep re-starting itself had to get a new replacement. The phone uses the qualcomms brew system and you can't download any apps from places like google. Metropcs classifies the phone as a smart-phone but I don't see anything smart about it, the widgets are old and useless. Who wants 10 different variations of a digital clock or calculator. Connecting to the studio software is problematic you have to disable the bluetooth and sometime it will recognize the phone sometimes it won't. Everytime you want to transfer a file to your computer via bluetooth (without using the supply software) you need to keep confirming the connection.
Overall If I had to buy a new phone again would pass on this one."

"This phone has an awful calendar for a "smart" phone. 1 week after getting it, it already won't send a text message. The "apps" or widgits you can download are useless, where are the productivity applications? I want so much more than this phone can deliver. It's probably a good phone if all you want to do is talk.
