"I got this phone no more than a week ago, and it's easily the best phone I've ever had the privilege of using. The speed is amazing, and I can customize it so many different ways. I have yet to have a problem. The only problem, which everyone who owns the phone has said, the battery life isn't great. It's normal, lasts about 6 - 6 1/2 hours with use. I just ordered the extended battery for it, which I hear is worth it. Other than that, this phone works great, I upgraded from the LG Optimus M, which was absolutely awful. It dropped everything then would restart. It's nice to have something reliable. the keyboard is a great feature, and was very easy to learn to use. I suggest this pone to anyone, and I pray it continues to work as nice as it has."

"This phone exceeds all my expectations. The only drawback is the short battery life. I have ordered 2 batteries and a chargers so I will always have fresh power. Cutting some of the features helps but who wants to be limited. The android OS is very easy to use and more apps are available than needed. Web speeds over 10MB on WiFi and getting over 6 MB on 4G. No delays between applications. Overall I am very happy with it."

"I recently purchased this phone, and I must say- I'm in love.

This phone is sleek, fast, and powerful. I'll admit, I balked a little bit at the price-tag but I have no regrets about purchasing this phone now. I have a wonderful laptop but I find myself spending less and less time on it and instead spend time fooling around on my new phone.

I've heard lots of complaints about 3G speeds but the 4G speeds are amazing. The coverage is a little spotty from time to time it seems but once it gets going, you are in for some amazing download speeds. I can stream videos on the go with little to no interruption, download apps in minutes or less, and use all of my favorite social networking apps on the go. The 4G is honestly so fast I find myself with little reason to use this phones wi-fi capabilities, which are also amazing.

I was a little disappointed that despite what looks like a front facing camera next to the front speaker, there is no front facing camera, and the rear facing camera would be much better with a flash, but the camera is still pretty solid and tons better than the one on my previous Samsung phone.

Like most Android phones, this takes a little getting used to, but this phone is great. I really like it. Only con I can think of is the battery life. I feel like a lot of the apps just drain your battery like crazy, and the phone also takes a very long time to charge completely. Other than that, no complaints whatsoever!"

"You can down load apps to improve the camera for example pb. If you download to many apps it slows down the phone so be sure not to fill up all the pages with alot of apps. All in all this is a great phone with 4G and apps. I no longer use my d laptop. I am always on my phone for example fb gle. This is great to see your e-mail though HM
or any other email site. Good to watch YT videos and the best is Market apps and Metro apps. I love the Hotspot features and Wi-Fi capabilities."

"I love my indulge! It either already has or can have any app you want. The text messages are designed to look like text boxes from manga (sooo cute). You can personalize your home screen however you want. The internet works great! It is very affordable and in my opinion satisfies your need for an android phone without breaking your pockets. The only thing I can say that is remotely bad is that the battery runs out more quickly than any other phone I have ever had. If your gonna buy it...... buy the extra battery."

"I just got this phone a few days ago and the only thing I can really say bad about it is the battery life, which can be extended by adjusting brightness and background data but its still kind of low. Other than that its a good phone. no problems so far with call quality or dropped calls."

"Ive had this phone for a week now and its the best yet. Super fast and comes with its own Task Manager so your not stuck downloading one that sucks up all of your battery life. Love the phone its super cool in every way. Only 2 things I didnt like about this phone: First, No flash for the camera and for the price we're paying we deserve a flash and the second thing I didnt care for was the movie that came loaded onto it. I deleted it but it stinks because Im stuck with the little icon in my main menu but other than that its a good phone. Awesome speed compared to alot of other Android phones. Love it, A++++"

"I love this phone, my only problem is the web, I never can get to a website. I was under the impression that this phone can Do everything fast. Well it has taken 10 days for this phones internet to not have a web error. The battery dies in a couple of hours this is a big problem Because the battery takes for every to charge. I believe the phone service is the cause of the slow internet web. Again I love my new phone!"

"I absolutely love this phone. I only had problems with internet loading speeds, which were on the slower side. It seemed that if I wasn't in a 4G area, then I had no service.

I am very sad that few phones are made with a full sliding QWERTY keyboard, as it makes a huge difference in how I use my phone. I won't buy another phone, unless it has a sliding keyboard. I only wish the Indulge's processing was up to all the new phones' speeds."

"Had bad experience with Samsung SCH-U250 Cellular device. Was convinced to give Company another opportunity to win customer loyalty. Purchased new Samsung Galaxy Indulge. This is now the Second phone since Jan 2012 purchase, due to camera malfunction. The over all Design and Features of this phone are pretty nice. It is a very attractive phone and does feel good in the hand and on the ear. Very satisfied with the key board options. However there are a few imperfections that warrant mentioning. As large as the phone is; the Viewing Screen could've been larger. It also could've had a front facing camera for face to face communication. The Battery and Camera Needs Much Improvement. Battery usage depletes rapidly and becomes Very HOT when used for an extended amount of time (over 30mins). Must carry charger at all times. As far as the camera is concerned. Very disappointing NO FLASH! For an upper scale Droid/Smart phone this was a Bad Omission!"

Pros: Bright display, Lightweight, comfortable in hand and on ear, attractive sleek design, multiple keyboard options

Cons: low sound decibels, no camera flash, no front camera, small display screen for phone size

"Hi,

I love this phone. It is a really good android device. I like the physical keyboard. There are three things that are not so good about the phone. First the phone requires massive amounts of power. Resulting in poor battery life. Second, most of the time people I talk to can hear me, sometimes I sound all garbled and they can not understand me. It could be my network but I suspect the mic. Third, the CPU is set at 600 MHZ. Don't get me wrong, it is responsive but it could be better and the CPU is stable at 1000. Maybe they slowed it down to try and save battery. If you turn off 4G and enable CDMA only, the battery is much better at the cost of slower download speeds.

"This phone is awesome as far as design, style, and convenience go. It has everything and is 4g, but the only thing I don't like is probably a problem with all smartphones and thats that it is slow. Also, like a computer, if you try to do too much too fast it starts popping up with windows saying such and such is not responding and asks if u want to force it to close. The battery drains way too fast on all smartphones also but this one sometimes gets too hot if you use apps while its charging. But overall I love this phone."

If the folks at Samsung are reading this, I'd GLADLY pay an extra $50 for a model that's as much as half an inch thicker because it uses a thicker battery that has twice the life.

Contrary to some reports I've read, this does have an earphone jack."

"I love this phone. It out performs my tablet! Very user friendly too.
I did run into a hitch though. It seems the shortcut keys on the keyboard were stuck in on mode and I couldn't disable it. I found out that the Advanced Task Killer app was the cause. I uninstalled and reinstalled and the keyboard was back to normal.
Love the choice between the on screen keypads too. They are very responsive. The screen sensitivity is great, the process speed is excellent, and the usability is awesome. I really like this phone just have to be careful with the apps is all.
The design is great except the keyboard is a little "sunken" in and the z key is crammed. It is a well laid out though. My old phone was the u750 and the keyboard had the "END" key right next to the "SPACE" key which is frustrating when writing an email and instead of a space you are kicked out of the email and lose your whole message. GRRR That was pretty much my whole complaint with that phone as well.
The camera is a step up from my 1.3mp u750 but I still would have liked a 5mp in it or even an HD style. That would really have kicked butt! But for the price, I won't complain too much.
All in all, great phone! Worth the price I paid for it."

"MY PREVIOUS PHONE WAS REALLY SLOW AND IT WOULD TURN OFF AND FREEZE CONSTANTLY! SO I GOT A SAMSUNG PHONE 2 DAYS AGO AND IT WAS PERFORMING GREAT BUT TODAY IT STARTED TO ACT KIND OF WEIRD I COULDNT DO ANYTHING WITH IT FOR 5 MINUTES THE SCREEN WOULD GO BLACK AND THEN TO THE HOME PAGE AND THEN BLACK AGAIN, IT WAS JUST WEIRD SO I TURNED IT OFF AND REMOVED THE BATTERY THEN I TURNED IT BACK ON AND IT WAS BACK TO NORMAL!
