"Everything was working great. As I was using wi-fi on my phone from my computer I clicked an app on my phone called ALL SHARE. My wi-fi then dropped from my phone and I haven't been able to use my home internets since. I reset my home internet to see if my phone wi-fi would re connect to my phone but no cigar. :("

"My wife and I have each had this phone replaced twice for the same reason. The Galaxy phone constantly lock up ,doesn't matter what you are trying to do.You have to pull the battery and start over.My wife got so frustrated she through her's out the moving car window and bought an LG.We have owned Samsung phones ,have four of there HD TV'S and two Blue Ray players. We're so unhappy with this product this streak has most likely come to an end."

"I have changed form my blacberry to this phone because they sold it to me. but the phone is not worth it.
If you are image junkie and want to play games, buy yourself a tablet, but for whoever is looking to work and receive and send emails, text, and communications this phone does not work.
It takes for ever to download emails, you need to go to your website and delete them otherwise it will keep bringing them down.
The battery does not last you for say 2 hours if you work.
Standby battery maybe 12 hours, no more, so don't use it and the battery will die. I use an app that is the app killer, but still the battery dies.
Sorry Samsung, I have 2 laptops, 3 lcds, 3 dvd/blue rays, my washer and drier,other 3 cell phones, all from your company but this time you guys didn't do your research properly. I will not recommend anybody to use this phone. I'm stuck I can't expend another 300 dollars or my wife will kill me but this phone is NOT HELPING ME.
Now I will have to buy myself and battery and also its very hard to change.
Thanks!"

"I bought this phone because i wanted faster internet and better features. The internet is fast and it brought some interesting features. It also, came with a big headache. The first day i noticed that the sleep mode was giving me problems, second day the volume keys were not responding appropriately, third day i took out the battery so that it could reboot itself and left the battery out on my desk for about 3 hrs then placed it back; the phone turned "on" for a few seconds then turned "off" and did not respond. I ended up sending it back; and i have spent one week without a cell phone and lost all my contacts. I made a very expensive mistake when i bought this phone!"

"I have always liked Samsung products, but this phone falls short of my expectations. It is still unclear to me if all my issues are Samsung related, or my provider - either way I am severely disappointed especially after spending so much money on the phone.

Add to this that no matter how many background apps I turn off the phone does not hold a charge beyond 5 hours (and that is standby time....1 hour talk time). I had to buy a second battery with external charger adding to the already high cost of this product. :-( That is a Samsung battery (the first is from my provider) and it holds a better charge, but there is still no indication when the phone turns off and I can go for hours not realizing it is off.

My bluetooth does not work with the phone, which is a big stress factor to me as I cannot live without my bluetooth, but now I am forced to. I have literally stopped calling people because I hate the speaker on the phone and without my bluetooth do not understand anything anyone is saying.

All in all, I am very disappointed, but you probably already gathered that."

"I like this phone and all of its features. i like the way the screen looks however i think the plastic screen makes it feel very cheap compared to other smart phone in this category. the biggest problem with this phone is the battery. the life is absolutely the worst i have ever experienced, by far. it dies very quickly and to make matters worse, it lakes a very long time to charge. This is a major inconvenience for me and i usually have to keep my phone plugged in at all times just so i can rely on it when i am out and can't charge it. hope this helps."

"Down falls are, one it has way to short of a battery life. Second is the phone has to many restrictions from controlling the phone and its apps. Third, it has no indicator LED and the four buttons on the front do not light up.

The plus sides are the slide out keypad, 4G network, fast processor, and the android OS.

But honestly for the price that was paid for on the phone I would have expected none of the downfalls I mentioned. I would give up the phone for my old phone that ran on 1x network."

"This phone is so much slower than any other smart phone that my friends own. The battery has never lasted for the time estimated. Its a 4G phone and I hardly ever get 3G service any where in the state of Michigan. The speakers quits working after 3 mins. Apps disappear all the time off of your pages with out you touching the phone. Constantly having to reboot the phone to get the internet to work. I dont bother with the WIFI since that just kills the battery instantly. Screen freezes all the time."

"For all that this little phone can do, it is all canceled out by the horrible battery life. I would take it off charge at 9am, and by 4pm, it would be dead. This is with moderate to low usage. I wish that Samsung would focus on creating better batteries for their gear. I am also disappointed with the power of my SIII battery as well."

"I like my Galaxy Indulge but it does have its shortcomings. I have one gigabyte of data in my plan and I never use more than 3% of this in a month because the phone works very poorly on 3G and 4G. The wifi works great and I get by with that. As a phone I'm not sure if it's the phone or my phone service that looses calls. It locks up fairly often and needs a reset. It is one fun toy though, I put a16 GB Micro SDHC card in it and loaded it up with music and videos and PDFs, games, apps. I like it."

"This is a great phone, the features inside could use a little improvement, but so far its fair enough to work with. "my phone freezes when it feels like it, cuts off, the battery life is horrible. the battery last maybe two hours and that is even when i am not using it. i have changed all the settings to make sure that i am using a little power as possible. the phone cuts off or force shut down. there are programs on the phone that were preinstalled that i do not want but i can not get rid of them. it beeps really loud at time and the dates shows 12/31/1999 4 pm. i am mad i wasted my money on this phone."

"Its been a month since i bought this phone so i've gotten quite acquainted with it. I LOVE the android features and app features. I dread the battery life I keep having to switch batteries which is quite annoying because I have to take both the protective cover and the shell i bought for it. A while ago I was messing with it clicking around and it FROZE on me! I was quite unimpressed. Another complaint I would have is the volume. I am a bit tone death and I put the volume up all the way, unless I am in a completely quiet room it is still hard to hear. Otherwise the product is fine. The size and color are good and more than I could ask for in a phone. If I could I would return it and choose a different product mainly because of the battery life. I love the light sensitive features though."

"This phone has many programs running at same time thus extremely short battery life. Typically make a few roadside calls and battery dies. I have always been happy with Samsung products, this is my first disappointment. This product changed my opinion of Samsung's Products."

Pros: Inexpensive, voice recon, online tutorials

Cons: extremely short bat life, huge size

"For the price its pretty much what i expected the phone to be. Has a good array of features except for 1 MAJOR flaw - the extremely disappointing battery life. While powered off the phone takes the standard 90-120 minutes to charge but powered on it can take up to 5 HOURS to charge yet will fully discharge in as little as 3 hours with average use. The supplied 700ma charger is NOT sufficient to charge it while viewing YouTube videos in HQ mode as it discharges instead of charging. I saw the battery DRAIN from 30%-26% while it was connected to the charger and watching 30 minutes of HQ YouTube videos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SAMSUNG FIX THIS NOW"

"This phone has several lack of technology as an android phone. The battery does not last too long; it can't talk and surf the net at the same time; it can't talk and use the GPS. Camera has only 3MP and it does not have flash. I try to connet my celular to my PC, and my pc does not recognize it. You go to Samsung support and you can't any topic related to this phone. When I registrering my Celular, it serial number could not be recognized by Samsung registration page. I own an HTC Incredible & it is way ahead in technology."

"Got the phone the first day it was out. Nice phone, BATTERY LASTS 5-6 HOURS IN STANDBY, PHONE GETS HOT IN STANDBY. Instead of the keyboard they should have put in bigger battery and solve overheating issue. Exchanged my phone a week ago for a new one, same issues. Must be the design. come on Samsung, you cannot excpect me to recharge the phone every 5 hours or swap the battery that often."

"Great phone. Biggest downfall is there's no way to disable LTE mode, and that kills the battery. Also no AMOLED screen like the other Galaxy phones. Another problem is still no drivers for pc for this phone after 2 weeks after release.

Other than that, the phone is very smooth at the touch. The UI interface so far beats out any other android I toyed with. Has great video playback, and the camera despite being only a 3.2 mega pixel is good quality. Huge amounts of memory, and a very fast internal processor. Can also hold up to a 32gig sd card for more space. All in all compared to any other metro phone it is by far the absolute best metro pcs phone in terms of high end. So for being the first LTE android phone (yeah that's right the HTC thunderbolt was not the first), I gotta say Samsung did a great job."

Cons: no built in app to disable lte

"I was greatly expecting all the roomers about this phone to be true, but was very disappointed again with ANOTHER Samsung product. MetroPCS, I guess, don't realize that they don't need to go cheap on their phones. People would have bought this phone even if it was over $500 IF MetroPCS and/or Samsung had released a phone with at LEAST a 5 mp camera WITH flash. I'm not sure when it became a "good" idea to NOT have flash on a camera phone, but they need to know to stop this practice. If a phone has a camera, especially only 3 mp, it needs to have a flash. It was also very disappointing to find out that the phone wasn't Amoled with a low resolution screen that is only 3.5 inches big instead of 4. Another annoying feature on this phone and some other Samsung phones is the speaker being on the back. This creates a problem when you're using the phone to listen to music without a headphone or when you have it on speaker phone and have to put the phone down on a surface such as a table. In order not to muffle to sound, you have to put the phone screen side down. This is a big no-no. For the designers that haven't figured out the simple fact that having to do this will eventually cause scratches to your screen or to the screen protector, if you use one, please stop implementing this as a feature design. It's neither cute or a benefit. It just causes unwanted issues. All this being said, the other features of the phone are its saving grace. The phone overall is pretty descent with a strong processor, nice touch screen sensitivity, a colorful display with a full Android OS, Wifi, 4G capable, slide out keyboard, and the availability of the Android Market."

Cons: Not high def, Did not meet expectations, low end cam, no flash, no amoled screen, low resolution screen, speaker on back of phone, low quality outer shell, small screen

"While this is a decent phone and currently the best phone offered on MetroPCS, there are still some issues I have with the phone.

#1 LTE 4G consumes battery power to fast, aslo the wall charger doesn't even provide enough power to keept the phone running while using 4G.

#2 The phone gets really hot while using 4G

#3 Camera doesn't do good auto brightness control, and makes bright things seem blurry.

#4 Don't like the slide out keyboard, I wish they would have used all of that extra space for a huge battery.

#5 Some android features are removed like VPN

#6 Android 2.3 has been out since before the phone came out yet the phone shipped with 2.2.1 and we have no idea if we will even get 2.3 (Samsung please let us know!)

#7 Phone comes loaded with bloatware that can't be removed. Example: they advertise the phone as coming with the movie Iron Man loaded on the SD card. If they want to include a free movie on the SD card that is OK(i can remove that) but the move requires a preinstall IronMan app just to play the movie. This iron man app cannot be removed and is just using up space on my phones internal memory since I deleted the movie from my SD card.

These are simple things that would have resulted in the phone getting a 4 or 5 star rating had there not been these issues. Samsung can correct some of them with a simple software update, but I wont hold my breath."

Pros: Built-in speakers, 4g, android, good processor, touchwiz

Cons: Did not meet expectations, old version of android, slide-out keyboard, battery life, phone gets hot, blurry pictures, no vpn support, iron man app cannot be removed

"I absolutely love this phone. I only had problems with internet loading speeds, which were on the slower side. It seemed that if I wasn't in a 4G area, then I had no service.

I am very sad that few phones are made with a full sliding QWERTY keyboard, as it makes a huge difference in how I use my phone. I won't buy another phone, unless it has a sliding keyboard. I only wish the Indulge's processing was up to all the new phones' speeds."

Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight

Cons: Not high def, difficulty finding 4g speeds, not able to expand multimedia picutres

"Had bad experience with Samsung SCH-U250 Cellular device. Was convinced to give Company another opportunity to win customer loyalty. Purchased new Samsung Galaxy Indulge. This is now the Second phone since Jan 2012 purchase, due to camera malfunction. The over all Design and Features of this phone are pretty nice. It is a very attractive phone and does feel good in the hand and on the ear. Very satisfied with the key board options. However there are a few imperfections that warrant mentioning. As large as the phone is; the Viewing Screen could've been larger. It also could've had a front facing camera for face to face communication. The Battery and Camera Needs Much Improvement. Battery usage depletes rapidly and becomes Very HOT when used for an extended amount of time (over 30mins). Must carry charger at all times. As far as the camera is concerned. Very disappointing NO FLASH! For an upper scale Droid/Smart phone this was a Bad Omission!"

Pros: Bright display, Lightweight, comfortable in hand and on ear, attractive sleek design, multiple keyboard options

Cons: low sound decibels, no camera flash, no front camera, small display screen for phone size
