"I left Verizon because I wanted something cheaper. When I was looking for new phones, this one had the touch screen and a keyboard, and I chose it. Next thing I knew, I'm attached to the thing. I love the apps, especially Pandora. The only bad thing is the battery life, which everyone has already said. I noticed if you run it until it dies instead of charging it from the halfway point, it kind of helps :)"

* I love how when I begin to type a person's phone number, this phone recognizes my contacts and shows me possible numbers I am trying to call.

* I love how this camera has different scene modes to snap a picture (Portrait, night, indoor, firework).
This phone is fast compared to other smartphones with this cellular phone company.

"All in all, I'm very satisfied with this phone. If I had to list any actual complaints, it would be the cover on the charging port/micro USB connection can be difficult to undo without long-ish nails.
The touchscreen is responsive and smooth.
Battery life is on par with other phones in the same class. I find myself with a charger at the office, in the car, at my desk at home, and upstairs, so I can keep it topped up. Without chargers available, I find I use the battery in about 4-5 hours, with semi-steady use (leaving the wifi and GPS on, for example)"

"This Smartphone is wonderful. For those who use a virtual community such as Facebook or myspace ect. it works great. You can use 3d apps such as Google Earth. When using it the screen usually works flawlessly. (occasionally apps freeze but not often) For the price sure a little pricey but well worth the extra cost. "I am very happy with this phone. There are a lot of negative comments about battery life, but I have never had a problem. I charge it every morning when I get to work and again when I go to bed but I've done that with almost every phone I have and it is no inconvenience for me. I love the screen size, apps, texting features, etc. I would reccomend this phone to anyone."

"This phone is a really nice phone. It was the best Cricket had out when I purchased it. The only problem I had with this phone was it seemed to be made of cheap materal. It seems flimsy when taking the battery cover off. It also had some lag when multitasking with the phone depending on what you were running at the time. I've had trouble with it randomly shutting down and rebooting itself on many occasions as well. Other then the few dislikes, I do like the phone. Its very customizable and easy to flash custom roms and such to and there's lots of those for this phone to make it run that much better."

"apps always running in backgroung constantly draining battery. i could charge it all day long leave it unplugged for maybe 3 hours tops and the battery dies. its been like this since i got it and ive only had it for 2 months. almost forgot not the best sound output and headset jack was loose. had much better sound on my old school motorola hint. and no zoom on camera. display could be a bit brighter."

"Got my phone in March of 2012 and a little after a month I started to notice little issues but passed them off thinking it was me just slowing my phone down and causing it to malfunction, however after testing that theory I found it wasn't me. I took my phone in to Cricket and told them what was going on and what I had found other reviews on the internet saying the same things were happening. Phone went completely black and vibrated for about 3 solid minutes. It freezes on me constantly, the Nuance program takes over 5 minutes to load up so I can attempt to make a call. I really love Samsung products and been a devoted customer for years, honestly thinking I might need to make a change.Associate told me I probably should buy a new phone but if I could buy a new phone I wouldn't need to bother going in to talk to customer service about it. Can't afford a new phone, just with this one would start working right. Have to shut phone off completely to get it to unfreeze ALOT! Really sad about this."
