"I have had this phone for a little over a month and the only problem I have had was a belt clip broke and Alltel said it was no longer availible so in 5 minutes I had one ordered via the internet cheaper than Alltel sold me the original. I love this phone being somewhat sight impaired due to being diabetic I can see most of the things I need and it also allows voice dialing which is a great feature when medical emergencies arrive I can push one button and just say call plus the person's name and the call goes though."
Cons: wish display screen was larger, wish the keyboard opened by command., wish the camera had video capture

If only it had a processor

"I got this phone at the end of 2010 mainly because I wanted a QWERTY phone and because my Samsung hue2 was finally becoming overly obsolete, after over 2 years of use. I love everything on this phone but 1 main thing; the processor must be from the 90's. First thing I did when I got everything loaded on the phone was open my pictures to see if it all was there. It took forever for the first 6 pictures to open. I thought this may be due to the fact that I had over 250 pictures. I reduced the number to just over 30. I opened my pictures and it took forever for the first 6 pictures to open. I almost threw this phone. My hue 2 never had that much lag in anything. The only other downside to this phone is the exterior buttons are awkward to use and crowded. I have ended many a text due to me accidentally hitting the end key instead of the right soft key. This is a nice beginners QWERTY phone but if you use the number pad to shortcut things and look at pictures a lot you will be greatly disappointed."

"I've owned this phone for less than a year, and have taken good care of it. Even so, the zero key has stopped working, and I need to slide the phone open and use the keypad to dial any numbers with a zero. Also, the "lock" function seems to work randomly - some buttons will still be able to be pressed accidentally - the main function of the "lock" feature seems to be that it has to be deactivated to use the phone on purpose. Generally, the sliding keypad is easy to use, and it's a great phone for text messaging especially, but overall the problems overshadow the conveniences."
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, lock feature malfunctions, frequently used keys stop working
