"This phone is so easy to use and has more than enough features for a Grammie that doesn't use her phone much - and it is my only phone (no land line). Easy to set-up, navigate, answer, dial, etc. Nice long battery-life. Reception is great as is sound quality. Perfect!"
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight, easy to use

"I love this phone. Between my boyfriend and I, we've bought 6 of them, our original phones, replacements for phones lost or stolen, one for my mom and one for a friend (who hated his!) It's a little difficult to hit the right buttons because of its size, but ours hold a charge really well, and it's easy to use. We also liked the price and the bonuses that were included with the phone."
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable

"I was very disappointed when I opened the box on my new Tracfone Samsung to find there were no basic instructions on how to set up the phone for use. I am over 70 years old anbd had to bring the new phone to a group of women I went to lunch with to see if they could help me.They were able to show what the icons ment and how to access them, but instructions in the box would have been better."

"I was looking for easy-to-use phones for retired relatives who are not phone savvy, and which could be used on a prepaid plan. This phone is inexpensive and about as basic as phones come nowadays. The buttons and menus are straight-forward in a fairly standard format, and they've been easy for me to explain. The phone is small, light and feels nice in the hand. Sound quality is good for both the receiver and sender. Battery life is excellent in stand-by mode. However, reception is not great (but being near a window helps). The three phones I bought don't always get good reception in places that more expensive phones have no problem."
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, easy to use, sound quality
Cons: reception isn't strong

"We have used cell phones for 8 to 10 years now and this seems to be one of the poorest ones we have bought. There are no real instructions to tell you how to input names and numbers into your contact list. There are also no instructions on how to toggle between upper and lower case letters when you are inputting info for your contact list. Actually, there are no instructions for the normal every day things that you would be doing with a cell phone."
