"I actually ordered and bought this phone online. I watched tons of video comparisons of this to the iPhone 4s and saw it has a faster processor (this may be also due to wifi) for web browsing and movie watching.But since I never actually owned an iphone I can't tell you from personal experience which phone is better.

What I do know is that this phone is freaking awesome. I don't have any cons. The reception at my job sucks, but I still get good reception with this phone, and unlike my previous phone (Blackberry 8530) I surfed the web and even the app store. I was able to Open Netflix and much much more(which my tablet wouldn't even do).

There are some great free apps. (games, business etc.) The voice command and voice talk programs are pre-installed and work like a charm. One will locate any business you tell it to, while the other does text and calling. Here's a good pros list:

"This is my first smart phone (my husband and son have the black version of this phone) and we've only had them for about a month. So far we've been really pleased you can do so much, it's a lot to take in and learn. The colors are wonderful, so clear and crisp. The camera takes really good photos. My husband wishes you could use a stylus on it as his fingers are large and have a tendency to hit multiple keys - heck even I have that problem at times. So far that's the only drawback (that's the reason for only 4 stars on design)."

"The Epic 4G Touch is one of Sprint's best phones out there on the mobile market today. Although the S III and Note II have come out, the Epic 4G Touch still appeals to the general public as having a "perfectly-sized," bright, energy-efficient screen, fast dual-core processor, and currently running Android 4.0 to boot, hopefully it will see the 4.1 Jelly Bean and 4.2 Key Lime Pie updates roll onto it soon! The only down-side that I found was the lack of NFC capability, other than that, this phone has been with me through it all and I don't plan on upgrading anytime soon!"

"I love this phone! I love the ease to download apps and arrange them the way I want. I don't like that when I try to turn the phone on or off, I often hit the volume button at the same time which prompts the phone to re-boot. Although the buttons are on opposite sides of the phone, it's extremely easy to hit them both at the same time. I'm sort of getting the hang of it now. Other than this, it's a must have phone! Easy to sync w/ my other Samsung products."

"Love this phone, wish it had a keyboard though. Love the bright screen and size. Perfect phone for watching movies on the fly. Takes the best photos. Sound quality could be a bit better...Speakers and sound technology like the quality of the Reclaim...that phone had great speakers! But the Galaxy II has everything else. Miss a keyboard...hard to get use to touchscreen "swype" texing and data input. Great affordable quality!"

"This phone replaced my original EVO 4G on the sprint network, incredible screen clarity, I love the auto focus on the camera, makes taking pics a breeze.
Light and easy to use with one hand and that was why I chose this over the S III, even though the S III come with a faster processor and a full HD screen .For internet ,texting and even my work multitasking it's fast.
The only 2 drawbacks are a lack of the dedicated camera button on the outside and a full HD screen.
Time will tell about the durability, my 2 yr old EVO held very well."

"My wife had an older android phone and when it came time for a much needed upgrade, she took my advice and upgraded to the S-II. She loves it! The phone has plenty enough horsepower to play any of the games she loves, plus is quick to respond when she needs to respond to emails, S/MMS messages, and phone calls. If I wasn't holding out for the new S-III in November, I'd already have one of these phones; I love my Epic for the slide-out keyboard, but I would trade up to this phone in a heartbeat if the S-III wasn't already out."

"I got the Samsung Galaxy S II last week with Sprint. This is my first smart phone, and I have to say I love it! I'm a major technology geek, and this phone helps out with my geekiness. This phone is everything I thought it would be, plus some! However, it's a little slow on getting the latest Android update, but that is a Sprint issue, not an issue with the phone. I love how light weight the phone is, and I have to say, when I first turned the phone one, I almost had a heart attack at how great the coloring is!"

"I am a beginner with smartphones, but I'm lovin' my Galaxy SII in white! It's sleek, bright, big, and it's a smaller version of Galaxy Note. The camera on this baby is gonna keep me satisfied for awhile. Galaxy S II from Sprint, in my perspective, has the best design amongst the three different versions of the Galaxy SII's. The best thing I like about Galaxy SII is the customizable homescreens, which I always tweek to fit me best.. (The picture below is much crisp, vivid and bright on the phone."

Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, good camera

Cons: not good 4g

"I have always been against a Samsung Cell phone due to the usuage of my daughter, she constantly needs her phone replaced or fixed, so when I was forced to pay full price for a phone at Sprint, I was stuck between Epic 4G Touch and the Iphone 4S. Quite a dilema but I found similar features and look to it especially going with the White version, that I saved the extra $200 and chose the Samsung. I have been recommending to everyone."

"The only thing I don't like about this version of the Galaxy SII is that it doesn't have the brushed metal look, but instead has a plastic looking grey paint that doesn't look near as classy. But other than that, I have no complaints!"
