"This is an amazing product, it is very fast and responsive. It has exellent call quality and a wide variety of settings to customize this device to your personal needs. The only negative thing that I have noticed is there is a graphical freeze for the volume which can be fixed by resetting the device (happened to me once). It also has a fair battery life which lasts me almost all day (6am - 8pm before needing a charge, with fair use). This is a lot better than an iPhone in my opinion and I used to have one which i didn't like."

"I have had the Galaxy S3 for several weeks now and I am still amazed with Its features. I do live in an area that has a lot of 4G LTE service so the speed is great. Once you turn off a lot of the pre loaded apps that you dont need, the battery life is so much better. The camera is better than my old digital camera. The low light setting especially takes great photos. This is my third Samsung phone and they have never disappointed me. Yes I have already recomended to a freind and they love it too."

"Before choosing the Galaxy S III, I shopped the competition, read the reviews and concluded that there really was no competition. I have waited to post a review until I have had time to actually use the phone, although I keep discovering new featrures! The phone is a convenient size, the screen being easy to view/read, with truly sharp resolution. The camera is capable of taking stunning pictures - as an example, while on a recent trip. I was asked to take a picture using another person's phone - I then took the same picture with my Galaxy SIII - there was no comparison! The resolution, zoom ability and flash make this a great substitute for a compact digital camera.

Other really great features are the abilty to "share" with other Samsung phones by touching; voice recognition texting; the abillity to switch from texting to a voice call by moving the phone. The software, both Samsung's and Android, has performed flawlessly. One of my original concerns about an Android based phone was the possible lack of apps - definitely not a problem!

Bottom line - Am I glad I chose a Galaxy SIII? Absolutely! Would I recommend it? Definitely!"

"I preordered this phone back in June/July (don't remember exactly which...before it came out) and so have had plenty of time to play around with it. I have no real complaints. It's fast, holds lots of music/media, and is fun to use. My only real issues are with battery life - it was fine before the system upgrade, but now my battery drains super fast. I bought the second battery/charging system though, so it doesn't end up inconveniencing me too much. All in all a very good phone."

"The Samsung Galaxy S3 is a fantastic smartphone that has all the bells and whistles and runs Android's Jellybean. I find it to be a very useful tool everyday. This is a smartphone packed with very awesome features that can be helpful and useful in everyday life. It also provides me with ample entertainment on the side..which is good because I take public transit and sometimes need something to distract me for 30-40 minutes during the day. I'm very impressed with Samsung's line up of Galaxy products! My only downside about this product is that the battery life is not as stellar as I thought it would be."

Pros: Near-field communication, light-weight, great battery life (10+ hours easily with moderate usage)

Cons: No wireless battery charging, case doesn't feel rugged (this is a very minor issue, so you can see there isn't much to complain about with the phone).

I have this and my iPhone for work. Honestly, both a good phones. The iPhone feels solid, but the GS3 wins on performance and features. I default still to my personal phone, even for work stuff. That's despite carrying them both around with me. The iPhone looks fancy, but I use it as a decorative paper-wight most of the time.
The NFC capability is a huge bonus. I have NFC tags all over the place to change settings depending on where I am (home, work, car). The camera quality is great, too. The preloaded software it comes with is good, too. The Android ecosystem allows for customization not achieved on other platforms."

"Very impressed with S3 in every way. Quality of screen and speed of processor are major pluses. Also sound quality is great. Only issue for me is battery life because we live on the fringe of Sprint's network. Otherwise, I couldn't be more pleased with the S3."

"Great phone, fast, super bright and high quality display. Love switching between apps easily using the home button. The camera is really amazing and the videos it creates are also very high quality at 1080p. It also has a forward facing camera so you can take a self portrait. I love using the Kies Air app to browse my phone from my computer and to transfer files to and from it, much easier than removing the micro SD card.
Highly recommend!"

"Overall this is a terrific phone. The slim design takes a bit to get use to, but adding the flip cover makes it easier to hold when talking on the phone. Some may think it is a little to big, but if you read books and really use the data side of the phone it is a great compromise to carrying a tablet."

"The Samsung Galaxy SIII has great features that go above and beyond what you expect. The camera is one of the best for a phone and the additional editting software makes great pics a snap. This phone hardware is powerful enough to last many years provide you take good care of it. The NFC capabilities are wonderful and the bluetooth 4 syncs perfectly with my vehicle. I have many favorite features but most of all I enjoy the seamless ease of use with corp email, personal email and social media. The individual notifications ringtones allow me to keep life organized. The calendar features are great as well.....try one today.

"This phone does everything I need in a smartphone. It replaced my original Galaxy S (Epic 4G) with Sprint and while I do miss the hardware keyboard on occasion, I really haven't looked back. The amazing screen and incredible features list catapult the SGS3 to the top of any comparison. I just wish my family were not so deluded by iOS phones so I could use more of the features! I recommend this phone all the time, especially since the price has continued to come down. Another touchdown by Samsung."

"This phone is the best phone i have ever owned by far! I wasn't a fan of Samsung products before i got this phone, not because i didn't like Samsung, but because i never had any of their products. I am building a house, and you can believe all the electronics i put in it will be Samsung. I have already picked out quite a few things. I love the fact that i will be able to virtually run my house from my phone! Not to mention the features of the phone itself are awesome! I love that i can pay with my phone just by swiping past a toll booth, or at the gas station. It's lightning fast, and it's completely capable of handling all of my day-to-day functions for business. "I've used both Android and iPhones. I have to say that the S3 is the best phone that I've ever used. I've had it for months and I'm still discovering features here and there. I just realized that I have picture in a picture when watching videos. The screen is great, high quality, and perfectly viewable in direct sunlight. The camera is excellent and takes great pictures... even in low light. Lag is non existent. I only wish my carrier had 4G where I live. Other than that it's awesome!"

"Great phone, perfect sized screen and resolution. Very fast, even though it is only a duelcore! The screen could be of higher quality, but it's better than most on the market. The casing of the phone is very smooth. Most say it feels cheap, but it feels more sleek and modern. Is it heavy with thick plastic and metal reinforcements, no, but with it's design and the quality of materials, it does not need them. I wish it came in more colors than White and Pebble. Touchwiz is the best of the other stock launchers out there. The controls at the top is the most amazing thing to have. It frees up the home screens from those gaudy control panels. If you're thinking about upgrading soon, get this phone!"

"I had the original Galaxy S and I loved it and this phone has only gotten better. Slimmer, bigger, faster, lighter.

There are so many little things that have gone into the phone that it's impossible to list them all but to give you an idea of how thoughtful these features are, here's one: you're texting someone and you decide that you want to talk with the person instead. All you have to do to dial their number is put the phone to your ear and it will automatically call the number that you are texting. Brilliant.

My only concern with the phone is that the back is a little slick. It feels awesome but it will slip out of your hand if you are not careful. But...I just got the Samsung folding case for the phone and I love it. The case replaces the back cover for the phone so it barely adds any size to the phone."

"This is an awesome phone to have. It has a 4.8" 720p screen, 2GB of ram, dual core 1.5GHz cpu, and MicroSD-XC support. The Main thing I don't like is the phisical home button. You have to apply force in order to go to your home screen. Android 4.2.1 runs very smooth (using Cyanogenmod 10.1). Using google wallet with nfc makes checkout quick and simple."

"I was one of the first people I knew to get this phone and I am in love with it. The size is perfect, it has a great screen and lots of features that I love to show off. My one and only complaint about the phone is the keyboard for messaging. The android keyboard from my Galaxy S was much better and I wish it was the same. I downloaded a new one, and it works great so now the phone does everything I want. I will be satisfied with this phone until I upgrade to the Galaxy SV!"

"There's really nothing I can say about this phone that's negative. The UI is beautiful, the hardware design is sleek, jumping in and out of apps is snappy, and the camera makes me leave my digital camera at home. On top of that, there's the REALLY cool stuff: S Beam, NFC, S Memo, etc. Even when I go to pay my cell bill, I compare my phone to other phones that are "the latest and greatest" and am still happy with what I have. Thanks Samsung."

"Fast easy to use and Google play is a pleasure. If you can think of it you can probably download an app that will do it. The screen is actually big enough for my large hands and Swipe works unnaturally well. I highly recommend."

"by far the single best smart phone i have ever owned. this is my 3rd Samsung smart phone that i have owned and it has been my favorite device so far. Transitioned from a Palm Pre 2, to the OG Epic, then to the SII then SIII. the Pre was my favorite device until my SIII, does every thing and more. All of my hipster friends are envious of how awesome this device is."

"When I was able to upgrade, I got the EVO 4G LTE. I decided to trade it in with the S III and I am so happy I made that decision. In my opinion, the extra GB of RAM definitely made a difference in responsiveness to me. No other phone out there has the display or feature set to even compare with this phone. Stop reading reviews and just buy it. You certainly won't regret it. I've definitely put the Gorilla Glass to the test also. No case, no screen protector and this thing has fallen off my dresser that sits about 4 1/2 feet from the floor and hasn't received so much as a scratch to it."

"I have been a loyal Samsung mobile phone owner of many different models, especially when the Galaxy S series of phones came out (Vibrant, Epic Touch 4G) and now I have the SGS3 and all I can say is.....AWESOME! From the beautiful design of the pebble blue color to the sleek lines of the phone, this is one gorgeous piece of technology. When I got my SGS3, it already had Android 4.1.1 Jellybean installed and it runs flawless. I have owned several Galaxy Tabs (OG and SGT2 7.0) and I find myself using my SGS3 more than my tablet. The 4.8" screen is perfect for my needs and the display is gorgeous. The touchscreen is very responsive and smooth to the touch. It was hard to come up with a downfall but if I had to pick one, it would be the battery door that feels like it will break easily (I have 2 Samsung flip covers and cringe everytime I have to take the battery cover off in fear of it cracking or breaking). Besides that, this is absolutely the ultimate phone to own. Samsung, you did a great job as it shows in your customer loyalty and sales figures. Keep up the great work!"
