"This is my second M-220. both have had the same problem that no one can hear me. My old Samsung A660 phone worked great for years but this phone is a piece of junk ....before you buy it, try to call some friends to see if they can hear you .. ...I would not recommend this phone and I am looking forward to the end of my contract so that I switch to a different phone...."

"I do not know if the cell phone is a good one or bad one. If you do not know how to use it, then the cell phone is useless. The User Guide is the key to learn how to use the phone and the phone functions. The User Guide supplied with the phone is written very poorly written and is impossible to use to learn how to use the cell phone."
