the only thing wrong is it calls people when I have it in my purse. I have it lock now. I would have the slider lock, but it still called my friend."

"it is good phone, but software has lot of bug, when you talk through contact list, press call, call to previous called from history, not what i called from the contact list. then if you try 2nd time that it work.

same thing may be other bug. if you drop 1 feet, it easily broke."

"This phone does not have a robust enough design. In one accidental drop from hip level, the screen has already cracked, and the back fell off, sending the battery skittering into a puddle of water; the back piece is flimsy and falls off frequently. In addition, the texting feature on the phone is a pain to work with. I use the T9 feature and often have problems getting the right words to come up (it will fill in another word automatically, then i have to go and delete the unwanted text, which causes more problems). Also, there are seperate phone directories for calling and texting, which is very inconvenient. The phone design, though it looks pretty, needs to be rethought."
