"Great phone, compact and easy to use, but one caution. It is a very slippery phone to hold. Can be easily dropped, and there seems to be no well designed case to order for this phone"

"We have had our M370 Samsung cell phone for about a month and like it very much. The only downside so far is that I just found out that you can not interface with your PC by USB. In this day and age it seems strange that it was designed this way."

Cons: no usb connection for downloads.

"This phone works ok. The only problem I have is when the phone is in roam mode the ringer switches to a default tone, and will only ring with this tone until you move to a home area. The phone is made best for an older person that find a touch screen phone complicated."

Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, roaming ringer needs to be whatever the user sets

"it takes several times when sending pictures before it will finally let you receive a complete one and then most of the time it will not let you save them to the phone. It drops calls all the time and most text messages take 12 to 24 hours before they are received. Worst phone I have ever owned and the provider will do nothing about it."
