"I came out of my cost comfort zone to buy this set. But after reviewing various brands, reading independent product reviews and scanning consumer reporting publications I decided that the product was solid. I looked around and found a good deal on it so left my comfort zone and splurged on the set.

I have had it for just a few days and am very happy with my experience at this point. I think it will live up to the Samsung's reputation for quality. "I actually went to the store to buy a different brand TV and then I saw this one! It was the best picture of all of them! I really love the features and I love having the ability to watch movies on Netflix without having to have a separate piece of equipment hooked up! It is also really cool to be able to surf the web on such a large screen. BUT The best part of the TV is the picture, even though it isn't a 3-d TV, the depth and clarity of the picture is phenomenal!"

"I originally purchased a 46" smart tv and after 2 yrs decided I wanted to go bigger! 55" goes a long way. I must say the HDMI cord is a must! The speakers deliver great sound. And I would suggest a mini keyboard remote to faciltate web browsing which can be quite annoying w/ the standard remote. I really have nothing bad to say about this TV than again I've only had it for about 2 weeks. I def reccomend this item to anyone who enjoys watching sports and/or movies."

"Totally love this TV - Awesome picture and sound quality. Easy set up.
The only reason I gave design 3 stars is I cannot make the TV portion compatible with my surround sound. That is to say that when I am using my BlueRay the Surround sound is fine - Cable tv I only can get tv sound. If the problem was me then the fix is not apparent and therefore the three stars.

Seriously though great product the apps and built in wireless greatly enhance the viewing experience!!"

"I really like my TV. I originally purchased a UN60EH6003FXZA (6003 series 60" LED TV). I returned it for this TV and it blows it out of the water. Granted, you can tell the difference between a 60" and a 55", but the difference in quality is worth the loss of screen size. Samsung has phenomenal products, but on the other TV, I would get hick-ups in the picture where it would blur every now and again. This TV is seamless."

"This TV produces a beautiful picture. The pictures that this TV produces is good enough to be hung next to Mona Lisas picture in the art gallery. I waited about five years to purchase a new flat screen TV because I did not consider them good enough to own yet. These SAMSUNG LCD TVs are now good enough to own. The engineer who made the machine that makes the flat panel screens needs a pat on the back . He has made these TVs affordable.

"I've been using Samsung products for years and I love the new SmartHub. The biggest draw for me on this model was the Plex App since I have a large media collection that needs client apps to truly shine without having to position an XBOX, Roku or other streaming device at every TV and this jewel is up to the task. I was so confident that I purchased it even before the Plex App was available for the 2012 models knowing that they would be ported. Well today I updated through the Apps Store and there was Plex just waiting for me! Special thanks to the Plex crew for bringing their media client forward. Others have likely spoken about the standard and included features, so I'll skip that part. Suffice it to say Samsung has NOT let me down (as usual) and the Apps store is superb."

"We debated whether or not we needed a TV as big as 55". We're delighted we chose to get it. We have never seen a picture with this clarity - almost like looking out a window. Unit was easy to set up. We're still learning how to use the smart features and have ordered a keyboard to use with it. Now, if unit lives up to Samsung's reputation for reliability we will be Samsung devotees for live!"

"We love the picture on the new tv.But the instruction book leaves a lot to be desired. the write up on WIFI is ok but all the options for download or online content are very poor, Not much info on what is free and what costs. From what i have seen you need to set up an account before you can find out. You can download the book or use the one on the tv but it is hard to navigate. One last thing I am waiting on a service man as the tv has a horizontal line across it."

"After researching many TV"s I kept coming back to Samsung Smart TV. The reviews on this particular TV were all positive. I like the fact that I can integrate my Samsung Tablets with the TV, I love being able to access internet in yet another location. The picture quality is amazing. Got a great price on it and when you register through Samsung you get an additional 3 months of warranty."

"Samsung LED TV Picture Quality is unmatched by the other brands. The clarity and colors are amazing when watching everything from sports to movies. The sound is also very good for such a thin HDTV. "The best picture I have seen hands down. The blacks are fantastic and motion, i.e sports, looks great. Audio volume on TV is a tad low- but adjustable by setting "amplify" under audio and using cable box settings.

I would have given all 5s if not for the audio."

"This is a great TV. I don't think there is another one on the market that is better. The only negative I have is I wish the power cord was longer because I placed the TV on the wall and the short cord doesn't give you much room to move the TV from side to side. I am glad there is a way to order a longer cord.
I wish when I made the purchase, I would of realised that a HDMI cord wasn't included."

"The video from 6150 is excellent. The built-in wifi is helpful, albeit a bit slow in connecting. The sound is sub-par and is enhanced by surround sound speakers (I purchased the Samsung blu-ray theater in a box and it enhances the viewing experience tremendously)"

"This TV is awesome! I did the research and for the price this one came out on top with all the features it has. Great picture, thin bezel, WiFi, SmartHub, web browser etc. The only negative would be flashlighting (backlight bleeding) in the four corners of the tv. If you sit directly in front of the tv the entire panel is black with no clouding or light bleed so that is why I am still giving this tv 5 stars. Fortunately it is only seen when viewing off angle. In 2006 I returned a brand x and brand y before settling on a Samsung because of clouding issues but with the new "edge lit" technology the minimal corner bleeding seems to be normal...at least for now. Samsung has told some complainers to wait a few weeks and it goes away. I wonder if this is just brushing the customer aside or if there is truth to it. Enough about that, this tv is very nice for the price we paid and I wanted to also add that I connected my computer's usb wireless keyboard and mouse to the tv the other day and it worked like a charm unlike the previous reviewer's experience. Sweet!"

"This my very first full hd led smart tv. An since i wanted a tv with multiple features an the best quality picture in a combo package. I chose this one the price was right an its very easy to setup an use. It works great with all my gaming systems and has the most apps(that work!)on any tv out."

"Love the slim design of this TV. Great picture. Lots of Smart features, however, I'm having difficulty finding a compatible wireless keyboard in order to use some of the features more easily. Trying to use the remote is a HUGE pain! Happy to hear any suggestions on this issue."

"All features including picture quality is excellent. But it needs some modifications, like improved app center, youtube app etc. missing some bacis features like viewing fav channels etc. remote is good, but very easy to press a wrong button which would take you trough a lot of steps to come back and watch what you were watching before."

"I was totally disappointed, when I found out that this series 6 TV was not capable of working with a qwerty keyboard. You have to purchase a series 8 TV to utilize this feature. I guess you might say that a series 6 TV is not all that SMART. There is a big difference in price when going from a series 6 to a series 8."

"This is a very good TV, however i did need to adjust the pitcure, after that it now has a good picture. I find that it is not easy to set up the wireless. It is fine if all you want to do is watch TV. i will need to read the manual again to figure out how to access the other features."

"The TV has very good picture. TV can be hand on wall same as a mirror. If the TV can solve the limit "Due to the limited buffer memory you may not be able to stream video or audio from websites through the browser", I will give 5 starts, otherwise the SmartTV WiFi is not very useful and have add a PC to stream video from websites through the browser. Should modify the smartTV OS to support adding memory on USB to solve this issue"

"Overall, I am very impressed with this set. The picture quality is outstanding with respect to most content. However, with respect to certain hi-def TV content, the color is over-saturated. The features, such as Smart Hub, are very good but could be more intuitive in some respects. Finally, this set was not operational when I bought it because an internal power cable had not been connected at the factory. However, the Samsung service personnel did a great job of scheduling a service call and quickly fixing this problem."

"The TV is fantastic, but I cannot find out how to use the Caption on/off feature. It always tells me that the feature is not available. Why? Otherwise, very good picture. Sound using Netflix has sometimes to be turned up all the way to 100."
