Pros: Bright display, Durable, holds lots of stuff so you wash less loads
Cons: hard to reach the clothes if your short, can not use fabric soft ball any more must put it
Things I like are the size because I now can do less loads as it holds so much more than a standard machine.
It uses less water so that is supposed to be a good thing.
It makes a nice tune when it is done.
It looks good
Things I do not like
I am a short woman so reaching to get stuff out is hard I got to stand on my toes.
I can not use my old faithful dryer ball loaded with fabric soft stuff. I have to use the slot in the machine.
All in all I do like the machine because I can now avoid the dry cleaner and actually wash my own king comforter in there. This is a savings and I can do it often as I want.

We bought this machine in late January and I have mixed feelings about it. While it seems to work fine, there are a couple of odd things that I still haven't gotten used to. One of the things is that it is high efficiency, and as a result, it doesn't use as much water or detergent as older models which is fine. However, we have found on numerous occasions that when we put it on the heavy duty cycle and a couple of others, it usually doesn't fill the machine enough to cover some of the clothes which I thought was odd. We called Samsung Customer Service a couple of times and even had a tech come out to look at it. They say it adjusts the water as it washes, but it is still odd that some of the items never get totally submerged as we are used to. Some of the other cycles do a better job putting water in so it is something to think about if you wash larger loads. My one complain is I wish there was a way we could add a little water at times. Secondly, there is no agitator and one of the other oddities is that many times when you take out your clothes, many are knotted up as if someone tied them in knots. This is after just putting clothes in normally. Overall, the clothes seem to get clean and it probably saves up on soad and water so that is a plus, but be aware that it will be a different way of washing than the older models where you could fill it and you had an agitator.

Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
This has a nice large capacity, but if you think you are going to get any sort of hot wash out of this machine you are mistaken. A normal cycle hot water wash is tepid at best. And yes, my hoses are hooked up correctly and my water heater is at 120 F. The only way to get a hot water wash is to put it on sanitize, which is a 2 hour cycle!
The washer doesn't remove stains. We have ruined numerous shirts because the stains did not come out and we didn't realize it until after they had been through the dryer. And even though the clothes don't get very clean it seems to be fading them faster than my old machine.
