"After my first bad experience with the much more expensive version of this washer, I was skeptical. Hubby wanted to give it another shot, so I said, "Why not?" I'm glad I did! This washer cleans extremely well! it's quiet, simple to use, has lots of features, and honestly the thing is CUTE!

Some of the cycles take a LONG time, that kinda caught me off guard and I thought I'd gotten another bum machine, but there's Prewash and all that jazz going on for the heavy soiled setting. I can live with it. The thing cleans like a DREAM! I am very very happy with this unit."

"We purchased these Samsung washer and dryers after researching various models and finding that these had high ratings. One reason we purchased front loaders instead of top loaders is because our laundry room is on the first floor of our house, with no door on the room, so anyone can see them, so we wanted them to look a little nicer. These are great! Everything washes so well & for our family of 5, I do laundry everyday and they hold a lot!! (Big Bonus)! There is a pure cycle on it to clean the drum, which I use every so often, although I have never had any 'mildew' smells from it. Great purchase! Love them!"

"I bought these pair to replace my aging Maytag Atlantis pair. These were very quiet and do not move around. They look really nice. We were skepticle about whether the clothes would be clean given it uses so little water. But they were clean and when its done it plays a little song."

"Have owned for 6 months and really like the washer, except for having to wipe out the plastic ring after every wash. It collects about a tablespoon of water and, in my case, dog hair, which is difficult to remove. If other family members use the washer, they inevitably forget this step, and the washer can tend to smell as a result."

"We have just purchased this washer and the boxes they sit on. It is great for moving clothes from washer to dryer. We had the door on the dryer switched from opening from left to right to right to left. When both doors are open, you can move clothes from washer to dryer without the door getting in the way. We put the dryer to the left of the washer because the washer door could not be switched and the dryer door could. Works great."

"The washer and dryer are both so quiet; I had looked at Kenmore dryers with the steam and you had to manually add water (like the detergent in the washer) in order to have the steam. This dryer does it all for you!! I was so used to setting the water level in my old washer, that I read the whole washer instructions to find out if I was missing something!!! This washer will automatically add more water if needed to balance the weight."

"I cannot recommend this washer. As much as I love the way it looks and lovely little songs it plays when my laundry is "done", the fact that my clothes (and particularly my towels) come out SOAKING wet 8 times out of 10 makes this machine a real inconvenience. If you put two or more towels in this washer (per load) your towels and several other articles will need to be wrung out. I've tried putting in smaller loads....still happens. And when it happens, you don't even have an option on this machine to re-set the spin cycle- instead you need to run you "energy efficient" machine AGAIN.....and even then your clothes may still be too wet to put directly into the dryer. Dryer works great, but I would not recommend this washer. Keep looking."

"I have had a WF350ANR and matching dryer for less than 4 months, and it has broken twice already. This shows that the quality of design and manufacturing is insufficient.

We are going to give these away, after Samsung fixes it, and buy reliable units from another manufacturer.

There are some extra features but they are not useful.

Don't believe all the glowing reviews."
