I just had this problem, too. Called Samsung and went through the normal procedures for pairing the glasses to the tv; never got the message on the screen that the glasses were connected. UNTIL... the tech asked if I'd unplugged the tv. After unplugging and plugging back in after 30-45 seconds, the pairing process worked flawlessly. Apparently the bluetooth within the tv needed reset, and unplugging did the trick.
