facebook won't connect- says available to registered users only
I have set up an internet@home login and confirmed. I have set up my facebook acct and id matching what I use on my PC. Facebook won't connect telling me to set up a user account in settings and to register the service which I have done many times already.

the problem is on Facebook not allowing you to log in. There are setting on Facebook that need to be turned on so you can register your service from your TV. I had the same problem as you and after 30 days of tech support, go no where and figured it out myself.
Log in to Facebook from a PC.
Go to the “accounts” tab on the top right.
Select the “Privacy Settings” from this menu.
From here see bottom left for “Apps and Websites” select the link for Edit you settings.
From here you need to turn on all apps. You might have turned this off for spamming apps.
Once you do this, try to Log in to smart TV, by hitting A on your TV.
once logged in try to register Facebook once again.
once registered, try to log in.
now if you go back to Facebook, you will see that facebook is registered.
Apps you useYou're using 1 app, game or website:
Samsung Smart TV.Yesterday. Options:- Remove unwanted or spammy apps..
Turn off all platform apps..Edit Settings..
or Turn off all platform apps.

how do I get netflix to work?
I have the almost the same issue as you. I cannot even get the facebook account registered in the samsung applications. I called tech support 2 times and got no where with them. I have tried wiping and reistalling all the applications on the TV and still have had no luck with Facebook. Every time I try to register, I get an alert from Facebook that looks like this;- It looks like someone used your Facebook account to log into Samsung Smart TV (Friday, July 8, 2011 at 7:13pm). Was this you? If so, you can disregard the rest of this email. If this wasn't you, please follow the link below to protect your Facebook account information:..... and link to protect yourself etc.. if you get help or through, please let me know what you did.
