facebook won't connect- says available to registered users only
I have set up an internet@home login and confirmed. I have set up my facebook acct and id matching what I use on my PC. Facebook won't connect telling me to set up a user account in settings and to register the service which I have done many times already.
the problem is on Facebook not allowing you to log in. There are setting on Facebook that need to be turned on so you can register your service from your TV. I had the same problem as you and after 30 days of tech support, go no where and figured it out myself.
Log in to Facebook from a PC.
Go to the “accounts” tab on the top right.
Select the “Privacy Settings” from this menu.
From here see bottom left for “Apps and Websites” select the link for Edit you settings.
From here you need to turn on all apps. You might have turned this off for spamming apps.
Once you do this, try to Log in to smart TV, by hitting A on your TV.
once logged in try to register Facebook once again.
once registered, try to log in.
now if you go back to Facebook, you will see that facebook is registered.

Turn off all platform apps..Edit Settings..
or Turn off all platform apps.
