This is a difficult and common problem which has no answer in this forum at least as far as I can see.
The solution is simple, but it took me a lot of research to gety on the right track.
In your automatic network setup, the DNS address is given as one in your router, by chance. A DNS address needs a fixed number combination. That address is only in your router configuration, so log in to your router and look at the address for DNS1, and use this one.
Difficult? For many, you bet. There is an easier method. Just use a public DNS server, like Google's. In your network setup type: 8.8.8.8. The rest you can leave alone.
Works liek a charm. But why can't Samsung provide an answer to this one? It took me literllaly hours to figure this out. Thanks to all those, inclding one in this forum, who started me on the right track.
