How can I choose different ringtones to use for each calender listing?

In my old Galaxy S, there was a way to choose ringtones for each individual calender listing. On the Note, I can choose ringtones for each alarm, but not for each calender listing. I can only choose one piece of music which is used for all the calender listings. Am I missing something?

Why Can't I assign ringtones that I've added to my SDHC card

I've read complete tutorials on how to create .3g2 files. I've made them 512kb or less and saved them both in the phones DCIM\100SSMED folder, and in the DCIM\100SSMED folder that I've created on my 16gb SDHC card. I can easily view these files under my photo/video folder on my phone, but when I right click the file there is no option to assign it as a ringtone. I have paid to download ringtones that I like on my PC and even modified them to be compatible with my phone. How do I assign them as ringtones once they're on my phone? Do they need to be a different file extension other than .3g2?

Galaxy S III will not connect to my computer

I cannot connect my phone to my computer. I use the USB cord and my machine will recognize the phone for photo sharing, but it will not recognize it otherwise. I am running windows 7 64 bit. so that my be part of the issue. My wife has the same phone and she is running windows 7 in 32 bit on her work computer and it recognizes it as soon as it is plugged in.

You may try performing a soft reset on the phone as a basic troubleshooting step to fix it, by taking out the battery for at least 15-30 seconds, then put the battery back in again and turn it back on to refresh the software.
