How can I download my Gusto Phone Pictures from my phone to my Computer?

My phone came with a USB cable and when I plug it into my computer the computer alerts me of the new device. However, the computer will not show the phone as a external drive so I can move my pictures from the phone to the computer hard drive. How can I get the phone to show up as a drive on my computer>

How do you set the ringer volume to stay at its loudest? I have tried to set at 7 and it always reverts back to 5 after the first call.

How can you record on the Samsung Reality?

Are you trying to record a video? if you are please follow the steps below:

From the home screen, press and hold the Camera/Camcorder button , located on the right side, to activate the Camera
If the Camera/Camcorder is in Camcorder mode, the Camera icon will be displayed on the left side above Mode
To switch to Camcorder mode touch the Camcorder icon , displayed on the left side above Mode
Touch the Camcorder Resolution icon , located on the right of the display (below Timer), to view available Camcorder Resolutions
Touch the desired Camcorder Resolution below to select the setting:
640 x 480
320 x 240
Touch Brightness then touch the desired Brightness setting by touching either minus (-) or plus (+)
Zoom in using the speakerphone/zoom button or zoom out using the voice command button
Press the Camera/Camcorder button to start recording the Video
To stop recording press the Camera/Camcorder button
Press to Save the Video (in MP4 format) in the My Videos folder

I got voice caller id turned on and can't turn it off. How do I turn it off?

I went into text-to-speache and turned off driving mode and still get caller id speaking th ename of the called.
